Marty started his work career at the age of nine, with a newspaper bill collecting service for neighborhood newspaper carriers. Always entrepreneurial, he created several businesses to earn his way through college and a degree in Finance. In the ensuing forty years he’s had a wide range of ownership and leadership experiences from small businesses to a Fortune 500 company.
Having founded, built, operated and sold several small businesses, Marty knows how to make changes to quickly and positively impact an organization on many levels. On the other end of the spectrum, Marty has also led a $7 Billion international company as a senior level Vice President, which gave him an understanding of the quality of leadership and operations that solves people problems in all businesses.
The common thread through all of his experience has been a passion for developing people and businesses. He has coached and trained people at all levels of organizations, from CEOs to front-line managers. His most fulfilling work is helping business owners develop into actualized entrepreneurs.
A certified coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF), Marty has also served as ICF Board of Directors President. In addition, he has an MBA, is a Professional Co-Active Coach certified by The Coaches Training Institute, and earned an SPHR with the Society of Human Resources Management. He also volunteers with nonprofit organizations as a leadership coach and consultant.
While having a wide range of interests including golfing, snowboarding, hiking and boating, Marty currently enjoys most of his time with his wife and raising their two amazing children. Many weekends he can be found exploring the outdoors with his family in their RV.
